Why Everyday Therapy?
Many of the people I work with are intelligent, insightful, and capable. They may have spent years trying to understand themselves, yet still find themselves struggling with anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, self-criticism, or a persistent feeling that they aren't enough.
My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based model that helps us understand and heal the different parts of ourselves. Rather than seeing symptoms as problems to eliminate, I believe our emotions, reactions, and coping strategies often developed for important reasons. Together, we'll work to understand these patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, collaborative, and genuine. My goal is to help you develop a deeper connection with yourself, heal old wounds, and build greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
Therapy doesn't require becoming someone different. Often, healing begins when we learn to relate to ourselves in a new way.
